The website I downloaded this program from said it was Freeware. After I got it installed your program said it was a 15 day trial. I feel I was mislead and do not beleive this was fair to me or the public. If you are not honest in your advertising what else are you not honest about.

Problem. Hi I've downloaded the trial version of your software but I have a problem in installing it. After my install I cannot boot in vista. There's an error message can't boot to vista loader error and it kept on restarting and telling the same error soo my solution is uninstalling it then after that. There's no problem how come that's happening. Hope you can give light to my problem. Can you email me the step by step in installing it? I really want to have the software installed in my system. Hope to hear from you guys soon. Thanks.

A good programs

Puzzled i am concerned about attempts to erase old files, movies, etc, that were deleted after use. I can see the titles and file names when hard drive is being scanned but I can't seem to get them off my hard drive. can anyone tell me how that's done with this program?

Easy to use and simple program This is nice.I could remove all history with this which helps in disallowing my company's administrator to view my internet chatting activity, remove list of visited pages for viewing live sporting activities etc.

Selective Delete/shred I appreciate the performance of the software, and do acknowledge that the user can provide certain websites that should not have cookies & temp net files deleted, but I was looking for a product that could eliminate traces of specific browser sessions, or multiple sessions that occured on specific dates. Either I am not aware of how to work the software to provide that solution, or the solution does not exist in the 1mil shield product.
